Over the years, I've collected a lot of clothes. At first it was just a bunch of graphic tees that I liked, but later on down the road I decided I should get more creative with what I wear. It started with my "battle jacket" that I stitched some patches onto (and is still something of a work in progress), then went on to me asking for more eccentric clothes for Christmas, and then again came to the point where I'm (finally!) buying my own pieces for more put-together outfits.
I should stress that most clothes I have here are either things I asked for as gifts or things that were just given as gifts. So don't expect me to drop the clothing line and tell you where to buy it, because truth be told I don't really know myself. In the cases where I do know how/where to get them, I'll be sure to drop a link. Just remember to find clothes that work for you! Don't feel the need to follow my path, OK?
I'll be going in order from my personal favorites to personal least-favorites, although I might pidgeonhole the femboyish ones down further because I get that some people don't want to be looking at that stuff right off the bat. It's better to ease people into these styles than swing it at their faces as soon as they enter the room.
I put this one at the top not because it's my favorite, but because it's the one I made completely on accident. I simply looked at the mirror one day after putting these clothes on and said, "Holy shit, I look good in this."
Sometimes, you just fall into a good look and decide to keep it around.
This is another one that sort of just came together. The ushanka is something that I got for Christmas way back in middle school, but I still wore it from time to time because it was just an interesting hat. It's a bit too tight now, but I'm too cheap to buy a new one lol.
As for the jacket, I found it in New York while I was interning there in the fall of 2024. I was out and about with someone I'd met at a rave a day or two prior, and we decided to check out the overpriced-as-fuck thrift shops over there. I picked this coat off the rack, immediately thinking that it had to cost half a fortune, but he told me it would look good on me before I had the chance to check the tag. So, I put it on, saw myself in the mirror, and said out-loud: "Well, hello!"
I checked the tag then, expecting a number past $100, and to my absolute shock it came out to $45.
It was an offer I couldn't resist.
Oh, we're here already?
As you can tell, this one's based entirely around this bodysuit I got off of SHEIN. I was trying to find something comfortably femboyish that I could wear in public, and also covered the right spots in case I didn't bodyshave before putting it on. Well, that and the fact that my chest always gets razor bumps, so covering it in any outfit is something of a necessity.
I won't lie, this outfit made me want to go out and buy a million more bodysuits because I just feel so good in it. Yeah, using the bathroom's a bit of a chore, but once you figure out how to do it right, it becomes less of a hassle.
